My Winter Dish

Weekly Topic: Name one dish you would like to have in winter.

Jee-Maico Chapman

I recently came across a reel on Instagram©, and reminded me of this dish. If you are like me, struggling with what to cook for dinner, then this dish might be something you want to try, especially these cold grey months.

So, Beef Stroganoff is a Russian dish that has been
varied all around the world, but the basic ingredients for this dish is, of course, beef, mustard, and sour cream.

In my family, like most Western homes, we vary this dish by adding mushrooms, and white wine to make it more
saucy, of course it is to one's preference.

Another thing I
tweaked for this dish is serving it on steamed rice, this is not very usual as most people, I know, serve this dish on pasta.

I highly recommend you search this recipe and make it for yourself, your family, and friends this winter season.

Bon appetit!
