I've always enjoyed eating good food but I never liked going to the shops for it. I found it mundane and a little boring...! 

One of the lovely ladies I've met and speak frequently on Cafetalk has inspired me to explore more and be interested in what I eat/cook, perhaps even visit different shops or supermarkets around my area just to break my routine. So, without further ado, these are my top 5 new ideas for healthy meals:

1. Spinach, sweet potato and lentils
2. Salmon burgers (superhealthy and full of omega 3)
3. Braised Sesame tofu
4. Aubergine ragu
5. Bulgar and aubergine pilaf

I'm obsessed with finding new recipes and ideas about interesting ingredients so please feel free to send me any suggestions and... you can practise your English at the same time!
