I live in the UK which means I absolutely love it when, occasionally, the whether is nice. On the other hand though, our houses have no air cons (only fans- yes, you read correctly!). The heat is quite humid and trying to get to sleep at night can be unbearable (in fact, it is an utter nightmare). My top 3 tips for coping in hot weather are as follows:
Stay hydrated (have cold food and drinks but avoid alcohol, caffeine and hot drinks)
Stay in the shade
Have a cold shower
Stay cool, stay safe but enjoy your summer as well!
