It contains 81 verses in total. We can go as slow or fast as you feel most comfortable and beneficial.
Our lesson will start with you copying the texts/verses with handwriting in both Simplified Chinese and English.
Depends on your level of reading and speaking those languages,
I suggest you choose any one language or all three languages and recite the text to me, then I will supplement it with repetition or correction.
I can read them in Cantonese ( my native tongue), then English, and also in Mandarin (B2 level of CEFR framework).
Many people find it challenging to fully grasp its teachings, as it often requires contemplation, reflection, and internalization to understand its nuances. If time allows, I will share other materials and resources to help you further.
