Kurspaket Inhalt

Dies ist ein 5-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 4 “Gutscheine” sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 60 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

Kursinhalt

Individual 25-minute Spanish lessons on specific topics.
 
This class is dedicated to learning specific areas of Spanish.
Maybe you need to learn specific sports vocabulary and expressions to improve communication in your training, or maybe you want to learn as much as possible about the different terminologies you might need to do business in Spanish.
In that case, this is the best option you can choose to improve in a specific area of the language.
 
The class consists of 25 minutes, depending on the chosen topic it will be divided in different ways to optimise the time and learning. 
When requesting the lesson, don't forget to specify the topic you would like to cover and your goals in order to get the most out of the first lesson from the very first minute.
 
Included in the lesson is a vocabulary list which will be sent to you after each lesson so that you can continue practising and reviewing on your own.
 
The lesson can be a one-off lesson (e.g. book a single introductory session on the chosen topic) or it can be requested as a chain of lessons (e.g. book one lesson to start on the topic in question and continue with further bookings to go into the subject in more depth).
 
*IMPORTANT
1. In order to make the most of the classes, it is advisable to be clear about your level of Spanish and to let us know in advance when you make the reservation so that the vocabulary can be adapted to your level.

2.This class is designed for people who can already express themselves in a basic way in Spanish, so the classes will be taught in Spanish.
If you are unable to communicate in Spanish for the classes, English will be used for the necessary communication.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

  • Weniger als 1 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ 100% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
  • Weniger als 6 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ 50% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
  • No-Show→ 100% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
