Let's have a free talk on whatever is bothering you. Slown down and try to see things from another perspective. I am on the other side of the world, so you can't be any further than that.
Despite having little in common, I will most likely know what your are feeling because we are all human, and all of us suffer unnecessarily. It happened to Marcus Aurelius, Roman Emperor two millennia ago when he said "if you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment". Let's dwell upon those thoughts together, they are there for a reason so we better not ignore them.
