This lesson is based on expressing yourself. You can use a circle shaped paper and any materials you have on hand. Crayons, markers, paint, colored pencils, or any thing with color works well!

레슨 상세 내용

In this lesson, we will use a circle shaped paper and draw anything that comes to mind. The circle shape encourages emotional expression.


We will converse as you draw or paint.
After the painting or drawing is finished, I will ask questions and we will discuss the colors, shapes, patterns, and symbolism in the art work. 

It may give greater insight into the unconscious. Understanding our unconscious assists in expressing our true selves and in healing.
