INTRODUCTION TO THE FLOWER OF LIFE
FROM 14+ - ADULT
BEGINNERS TO INTERMEDIATE
You will need a drawing compass, a pencil, a ruler, a few sheets of paper and (optional) some coloring markers
5 minute Introduction
The student and myself will present ourselves briefly.
Ask the student what their drawing and art experience is.
Find out if the student has the materials required above.
5 minutes Geometry & relevant Vocabulary
Prompt student to tell me which shapes and forms
they can name using images.
Write down new vocabulary.
Describe simple vocabulary that will be used during the class.
Take notes of key vocabulary.
5 minutes What is Sacred Geometry
Prompt student to tell me what they know about sacred geometry.
Read a short text about the meaning of the flower of life and its benefits.
Comprehension questioins about the text.
10 minutes Learn to draw The Flower of Life
The student and I will draw the flower of life step by step.
Explain how to draw it on a wall using a nail and a string.
