Learn stretching and relaxation exercises from a former Broadway and Disney actress and dancer!
Any tension that you feel in your body will manifest itself in unoptimal ways --- tight shoulders, less mobility, headaches, and it even affects your voice!
Actors and dancers always start any practice or class by warming up through stretching and relaxation exercises. Then, they can perform at their peak!
The same holds true for anyone in any walk of life. Stretching and relaxation exercises can help you to feel better and perform better at whatever you do!
This class is for anyone at any level. Don't worry if you are a total beginner!
