EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) offers a gentle, effective way to ease these feelings, using techniques rooted in traditional Eastern practices like shiatsu and acupressure. Through soft tapping on meridian points, EFT helps to release emotional tension and foster a deeper sense of inner connection.
In my counseling sessions, we work together using EFT to calm your mind, gently soothe emotional pain, and build emotional resilience. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space that honors Japanese values and allows for genuine healing and personal growth.
