インドの先生のお宅で住み込みで勉強をし、インストラクーの資格を取ってきました。私がヨガに魅了されたのは2006年12月です。
ヨガの呼吸法と瞑想でご自身の思考を感じ、楽しみながらヨガをしましょう。
瞑想で落ち着ける時間を作っていけるようにお手伝いいたします。
勉強の合間のリラックス方法としてお子様にもヨガ呼吸法、瞑想も。
親御さんもご一緒にどうぞ。
ヨガを生活の一部に取り入れると、メリハリのある生活に。
生活のルーティーンをしっかりお子様に教えることで、スムーズに物事が進む、又はアンガーマネージメントにもオススメです。
現在の子供達は幼い頃からストレス社会の中で大きくなっていきます。
ストレスを感じても、リラックス出来る方法としてヨガをオススメしています♫
レッスンでお会いできるの楽しみにしております。
