  4. Building self-confidence: We will explore techniques for building self-confidence, such as positive affirmations, visualization, and self-care.

  5. Setting achievable goals: We will discuss how setting achievable goals can help improve self-esteem and explore ways to set realistic and achievable goals.

By the end of this lesson, you will have a better understanding of self-esteem and how to improve it. You will also have practical tools and strategies that you can use to boost your self-esteem and feel more confident and positive about yourself.
