Filler words are often used in conversation and writing when less is best.

It is much easier to catch and remove extra words that are redundant and unnecessary in writing than it is in conversation. However, with practice, it is actually incumbent upon us to strive to achieve clarity by using less, which in turn makes our conversation awesome! This exercise can be really a lot of fun and totally rewarding. That's why we do it. By the way, so much of this is not necessary. Can you guess what they are?
