COURSE LEVEL:  Beginner/Intermediate – Age 11 and Up

Course content will be tailored to Age group
(High School Students and Adult Learners welcome)

OVERVIEW:

  • For this lesson, we will put into practice the concepts we have learned from Basic Perspective drawing.
  • Have fun doing perspective drawing exercises and learn how to apply them in your art.
  • Learn ways to manipulate simple polygons into complex objects.
Drawing is a learned skill, if you are willing, you can do it! Grab your pencil and paper and let’s have some fun.

COURSE DURATION: 60 Minutes

COURSE OBJECTIVE:   

  1. Utilize your understanding of perspective principles and apply them in actual drawing.
  2. Understanding that all objects consist of basic shapes.
  3. Ability to see and break down complex objects into smaller simpler shapes.
ART MATERIALS:
  • Pencil (preferably HB)
  • Pencil Eraser
  • Sketchpad or a few pieces of Plain White Paper
  • Ruler (optional)
  • Pencil sharpener
