Kursinhalt

Yoga is a great addition to any fitness routine. Unlike your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts or weight-lifting sessions, yoga is often slow, and it focuses more on being mindful and stretching out the body. In this lesson the workout will start off with some light stretches to get your body ready. Then it will transition into strength moves and ends with  a cool down and a guided savasana.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.
