If you would like to balance your body and mind through Yoga and Meditation - this lesson is ideal for you

課程介紹

This lesson is specifically tailored to suit whatever your goals and needs may be.

The standard format will be around 30-35 minutes of Yoga, which will be comprised of elements such as the following :

- Mobility
- Flexibility
- Strength
- Loosening
- Proprioception
- Balance

and more!

With the remaining 10-15 minutes being based around Meditation.

- Mindfulness
- Gratitude
- Visualisation
- Relaxation
- Stress Release
- Sleep Improvement

and much more.

Whether you would like to focus more on the gentle (Yin) or the stronger (Yang) aspects of these disciplines is entirely up to you.

Simply let me know if you have any preferences and I can design the lesson accordingly!
