Hello everyone, 

Unfortunately, I must take a leave of absence from CafeTalk due to some personal difficulties. Recently, I have worked to alter to my schedule to better manage this situation while still continuing to teach. However, things have become more challenging and it is necessary for me to take a leave of absence at this time. 

*Lessons will continue from today until Sunday, September 4th.*

Sadly, all lessons scheduled from Monday, September 5th will be cancelled. The CafeTalk team will be in touch with you shortly about this change. They can help to address your questions and concerns about this. 

I am aware that some of you may still have coupons from the Conversation for Kids 5x Set. As I mentioned, I will still offer lessons until Sunday, September 4th. If possible, you can use some or all of the rest of your coupons during this time.

This may not be possible for everyone. If you have unused coupons from the Conversation for Kids 5x Set package, please make CafeTalk aware of this situation. I believe that you should receive a refund and I would give it to you myself if I were authorized to do so. However, this is outside of my control, so please tell CafeTalk about this problem. I do not want you to be left with a coupon that you paid for that you cannot use or get a refund for. 

If you want to cancel or reschedule any lessons with me due to this change, please let me know. I completely understand and will do my best to adhere to your request. 

I apologize for the short notice. I know that many of you like to plan lessons well in advance. and I can imagine that this must be very inconvenient and a bit frustrating for you. If you are overwhelmed about finding another tutor, contact me and I would be happy to recommend another tutor who would suit your needs. 

It has been wonderful working with all of you. Thank you for making teaching English on CafeTalk such a great experience for me. I hope to continue to work with you over the next couple of weeks. It is my hope to return to CafeTalk again in January, if possible.
