Hapa School Fall 2024
Hapa School’s fall semester, which will start on October 5th, 2024, will feature “American Pop Culture” where students will be able to enjoy learning English through American music, movies, TV programs, and cartoons. Not only will students be able to learn useful expressions for daily conversation, but they will also be able to deepen their understanding of American culture.

You will receive an automatic email from Cafetalk confirming your registration. It will be reflected on your request page* as a No-Call Lesson request.

*Please check your registration information after logging in to Cafetalk as a student.

The day after the registration is closed, the Hapa Eikaiwa Office (info@hapaeikaiwa.com)* will send you an email with instructions on how to take the course.

*Please update your e-mail settings in advance so you can receive emails from Hapa Eikaiwa.

  • This is not a lesson offered by Cafetalk. Once the course starts, you will receive emails from Hapa Eikaiwa (info@hapaeikaiwa.com) for all notices. To ensure that the emails delivered to you reach you correctly, please update your email server and spam settings before the course starts so that you can receive emails from the following domains. Hapa Eiakiwa's e-mail domain: @hapaeikaiwa.com
  • If you have registered with Cafetalk using your mobile carrier email address (@docomo.ne.jp, @ezweb.ne.jp, @softbank.ne.jp, etc.), please change your spam mail settings so that you can receive emails sent from computers.
  • As a general rule, cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of the program (after October 2nd, 2024) or after the program has begun are not refundable.
  • If you cancel before this date, you will receive a full refund as Cafetalk lesson points. (Please note that in accordance with Cafetalk's student policy, no cash refunds can be made).
  • In general, we cannot respond to personal questions during the course. If you have any questions about the program in general, please contact the office.
  • Only participants will be notified at a later date on how to participate in Hapa Eikaiwa's online seminars.

Tutor Profile

Jun Senesac
Jun Senesac

Jun is a Japanese-American tutor born in Los Angeles. Although he was raised in the US, he grew up in a bilingual environment with thorough knowledge of both Japanese and American culture under his parents’ dedicated approach to education, who operated an English conversation school for Japanese speakers in the US. While attending UC Santa Barbara in California, he also spent a year studying abroad at Hitotsubashi University in Japan. After graduating from university, he spent two years working as a CIR (Coordinator for International Relations) at Uchinada Town Hall in Ishikawa Prefecture. After returning to Los Angeles, he opened an English conversation school “BYB English Center” in Irvine in 2011, followed by the launch of his online English learning site “HAPA English” in 2013.
