Hey! I am YuenFan from Hong Kong:) Currently living in France.

Why do you want to learn Cantonese?

- You want to be fluent in conversations with local people

- You want to understand the dialogues when watching a Cantonese movie or series

- You want to explore the Hong Kong culture and its unique language, especially from 1990s

If you are one of the above, my lessons are perfect for you!

Being a widely spoken dialect, Cantonese is very different from Mandarin, it contains its special written form, vocabulary and culture. If you are to explore the Cantonese world, the language is the key. And I'm happy to be the buddy in your journey.

I was graduated from Translation major in Hong Kong, and I have been teaching Chinese/Cantonese to foreign kids and adults for a year.

How will my lessons be like?

Learning with passion is the secret to walk far in the language learning journey! I love to teach and learn a language through Movies and Songs.

Through the selected clips and songs from classic ones from 1990s, you will be exposed to the most authentic culture of Hong Kong, as well as the language of Cantonese.

We will develop:

- Basic expressions, grammar, pronunciation from the daily conversations in movies

- Most authentic expressions from real life

- Local culture in Hong Kong from 1990s
