Nice to meet you♪ My name is Ai, and I work as a piano instructor.
I have an unusual background in music, as I started playing the piano at the age of 5, went to music college, and after graduating, I worked in the apparel industry. During that time, I had a performance blank for more than 10 years.
However, my love for music remained unchanged during that period, and I was determined to play the piano again someday, and I promised myself that when that time came, I would work hard again, and I devoted myself to my job.
About five years ago, I had a chance to start over, and now I am back performing difficult pieces again, and I perform in concerts several times a year, as well as playing chamber music. It was not easy to fill in the 10-year blank, but I was able to determine how to do it and tackle it in my own way.
 
Music is truly a wonderful thing.
It takes patience and perseverance until you get it right, but the most important thing is to just have fun while doing it. I always try to do so in my lessons.
I will be rejoiced to share my experience with you, whether you are a beginner, currently practcing the piano, or if you are like me and would like to start playing the piano again!
 
I can also offer lessons late at night, so students with time zone differences from overseas are also welcome to join me★
