 I am very enthusiastic about the process of teaching and learning because it is important in my opinion.

 I approach education with learning objectives in mind. In the first instance, I like to ask the student regarding their reasons for studying Language and to assess their ability level. I can take the necessary steps in organising the material which is best suited to the specific intention of learning. Feedback, further knowledge checking tests, supplementary study material and homework provided as part of an effective course plan are key elements in regards to the overall goal which is for the student to not only improve in the chosen agenda but also to see themselves progress and increase in terms of skills and knowledge.

 Teaching online, I meet a vast array of students with different learning aims like job/study interview preparation, general conversation, work place transactions, TOEFL and IELTS amongst other international exams.
 
 My previous work experience includes teaching students of all ages at different institutions both in the UK and in Asia.

 Recently, I have been teaching Business and International Trade majors Reading and Writing in English for academic purposes at the Jiangsu Institute of Commerce, a vocational college.

 And before that, I worked at AIDI International School teaching kindergarten, primary, middle and high school students and other staff members English as a Foreign Language to prepare them for such examinations as the Cambridge International system of examinations, IELTS and secondary education under the curriculums of Western Australian Certificate of Education, American International System of Education, British Senior Education System.

 My first job as an educator was to school nursery, primary and secondary school students in English Language, Literature, Maths and Science according to the UK National Curriculum. at City Mission Hub Academy, a tuition academy in North-West London.

 I have done many language exchanges with a vast range of people including other staff member I work with and as well as this, I have skills in other subjects.
