Hi! A warm and wholehearted welcome to you. My name is Ana, and I appreciate your visit. Originally from Texas, I am fluent in both English and Spanish. My background is diverse and well-rounded, including studies and practical experience in nutrition, private piloting, yoga training, international business, somatic therapy/counseling, trauma recovery, and holistic wellness coaching.

I hold professional qualifications in teaching English (TEFL/TESOL certifications) and have extensive experience working with international learners from various countries and professions, such as IT professionals, engineers, medical doctors, lawyers, business owners, artists, and many others.

While I am flexible and open to all learning requests, my primary creative contributions, talents, and gifts are in the healing life arts. I assist people from all walks of life in finding wholeness and freedom.

As a creative entrepreneur with own practice/business, it is essential for me to stay aligned with my inner vision and core values, while remaining open and curious about different perspectives and choices in relationships, environments, and cultures.

I have completed advanced training in complex trauma, addiction and abuse recovery, a former licensed somatic (body) therapist and have spent many years in contemplative solitude. This experience has given me a profound understanding of suffering and social conditioning.

I offer safe sessions through trauma-conscious, compassionate coaching, and am skilled in facilitating healthy life transitions and transformations. I particularly enjoy helping people discover their true selves and live joyful, free lives. With all the changes and challenges in the world, it’s easy to get caught up in noise, distress, and fear. However, with honesty, patience, responsibility, mindful awareness, discipline, and courage, it is possible to experience lasting freedom and peace of mind. I'm here to uplift and encourage you on your unique growth and development path. I will meet you with a non-dogmatic, calm, respectful, and kind presence.

My teaching approach is holistic, attuned to what you bring to the class in the present moment. I listen attentively and give thorough feedback so you can gain more awareness, understanding, and knowledge. Besides the prepared lessons that provide structure, I don’t impose my agenda or tell you what to think. Life and Language growth, development, and transformation is about understanding yourself and expressing who you authentically are with confidence, clarity, coherence, and integrity.

In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, playing with my dog, practicing yoga, reading, writing, exploring new places, making healthy meals, singing, dancing, and watching interesting videos. These activities expand and nourish my mind, heart, and spirit.

I live a natural, wholesome, minimalist life and travel lightly. I can also provide insights and practical advice on decluttering, organizing, and creating clean spaces.
