Good day - Bonjour,


My name is Aya. I am an English and French teacher based in Canada. 
  1. I earned a bachelor's degree in special communications.
  2. I gathered over 10 years experience. 
  3. I pilled up thousands of English and French teaching hours.  . 
  4. I’m trained to teach English and French to Adults, young learners,  and speakers of other languages. 
  5. My pedagogical teaching approach is centred on the use of three main sensory receivers: Visual, Audio, Kinaesthetic movement.
I fully understand the challenges facing learners of English and French, and I tailor my lesson plans to meet the needs and pace of each student and ease their learning curves.
 
My classes depend on each student’s learning style. First, I assess my student’s level and identify areas of improvements, then we do some warm-up to lower my students emotional filters.

After that, I introduce the topic, teach it to them using analogies model then I encourage them to explain  what they've learned, as well as repeat  and memorize. In the class, my students have my full attention and extensive support that helps them build a solide English foundation. 

Later on, we move to the practice phase where learners experiment what they've learned using listening, speaking, writing and reading activities. I speed  up your learning process to move you from where you are to where you want to be in a short and reasonable time frame. 

I continuously evaluate my student's understanding, ability to explain what they've learned, listen and speak with American/Canadian accent. Also,  I make the necessary adjustments to ensure their progress. Finally, I assign a homework to reinforce what they've learned and make my teaching materials available to them.


My passion for teaching,  understanding and patience with my learners help me deliver the best teaching experience I could and I always ensure my students gets a great return on investment of their hardly earned money.


Moreover, my students learn  Canadian culture, values and how Canadians communicate in writng and speaking in politicly correct way. 

I have expertise in more subject matters such as:
  • English and French  for beginners, intermediate and advanced.
  • English and French  for the little ones.
  • Business English and French.
  • Conversational English and French.
  • General English and French.
  • English technical and professional writing and proofreading.
  • Canadian and American English accents.
  • France and Quebec French accents.
Additionally, I teach Mathematics in English/French to children: algebra, geometry,calculus and analysis, data, logic, number theory.
