Miori Yamada Tutorenprofil
Hello! I'm Miori.
I was born and raised in Kansai area, Japan; my background helps me to work as a tour guide in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and so on.
Since my mother loves watching English movies, I became interested in studying not only English itself but also movie translation. Fortunately, I could get opportunities to study about interpreting/translation at the university in my hometown, Osaka.
Also, through my experience of study abroad in Austraria, I have an interest in teaching Japanese, so I completed Japanese Language Teacher Training Course.
My grandfather used to take me to many sightseeing spots all over Japan. Now I love to travel by myself.
Unfortunately, I didn't have so much opportunity to go to many countries because I like to stay in one place longer, but staying in Colombia and Australia are my favourite memories in my life.
I have a baby girl with my partner who is from an English speaking country, so I'm currently talking to her both in English and Japanese.
If you want to know about travelling around Japan other than Japanese lessons, please don't hesitate to ask me!
【Experiences】
From 2015 to 2019, I taught English to Japanese junior high and high school students at a private-tutoring school.
Also, I completed Japanese Language Teacher Training Course through one of the programs at my university.
Besides to my primary job, I have wanted to try new working style, so I decided to teach offer online lessons.
【Lesson Style】
As I mentioned above, I have experience of teaching at a private-tutoring school. Therefore, I'm used to make lesson plan along what each student wants to study.
Please tell me your own request such as "I want to study about this grammar inparticular!" and "I want to ask about travelling Japan!"
