I am excited to be applying for an online teaching position at your respective organization. As someone who loves education, possesses excellent organizational skills and can connect easily with students, this is the perfect opportunity for me to continue my professional development. I believe that my experience and passion for teaching would be the ideal fit for the philosophy and resources offered by your institution, and I am thrilled at the opportunity to join your team.
I have been a classroom teacher/trainer for more than 10 years in various capacities and grade levels. In each class that I have taught, 100% of my trainees/students passed their exams and improved their scores comparatively. I had trained Business English corporate professionals for many years before I became an EAP/ESP/Competitive English teacher. Currently, I am pursuing DELTA and before that, I completed CELTA with a Pass-B. Moreover, I am a certified IELTS/TOEFL/PTE coach and Business English teacher with a 360-degree approach to teaching students of all levels and ages. Also, I have quite a few related certifications from British Council. I have also worked in Sales, Marketing, Brand Management, Human Resources, IT service management, Project management, and Banking. Currently, I am working with IH-BKC Moscow as an online ESL teacher teaching mainly adults with Business English being one of the shades of English along with ESP, EAP & Competitive English. Also, I am working with SkyEng mainly in competitive English and Speaking sessions. I even taught with BEC Exec Academy as a Business English Coach for a couple of months. Prior to that, I trained Business English remotely corporate professionals for 4 years with NIQC International. Currently I am also teaching with GEAD Language Community as a Business English Coach and Flalingo as an online ESL teacher. Recently, I have started working for British Council as an IELTS-Examiner.
Having worked in various educational and professional settings, I have always been drawn to methods that go beyond traditional learning models. I have successfully implemented task-based learning approaches, which encourage students to engage with real-world scenarios and apply their knowledge in practical ways. This not only deepens their understanding but also helps them retain information more effectively.
My experience with contextual learning further complements this approach. By creating learning environments that mirror the challenges and opportunities found in the real world, I have seen first hand how students develop critical thinking skills, adaptability, and a stronger grasp of the subject matter. I believe this combination of methodologies fosters a more holistic learning experience that prepares learners to excel in their future endeavors.
