Hello everyone.
My name is LISA HAYASHI, and I am a Japanese language teacher.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile!
<About My Lessons>
1. I use only Japanese.
In my lessons, I generally only use Japanese.
This is because I want my students to familiarize themselves with speaking and listening to Japanese, even if it is just a little.
I will fully assist you, so rest at ease and take lessons using the Japanese you know(^^)!
2. I will tailor the lesson based on your wishes.
Each lesson will be customized to meet your learning goals and objectives.
If you have any problems or would like to study something, please don’t hesitate to tell me via message.
3. Lesson counseling
I recommend free lesson counseling for first-time students.
In about 20 minutes, I will ask you about what you have learned so far and what you would like to achieve in the future, and make suggestions for your lessons.
4. Last minute cancellations
Cancellation within 24 hours before the lesson time is called “last minute cancellations”.
I might have to cancel at the last minute in case my child suddenly becomes ill.
I would appreciate your understanding that this is something I cannot avoid due to my childcare policy and the environment in which I raise my children.
<I’m good at these things!>
◎ Reading comprehension practice using daily news→I will use news articles that are suited to your level.
You can study Japanese not only by reading but also by checking the meaning of the vocabulary and understanding the grammar.
◎ Conversation practice using scripts→This lesson will use an original script.
This is a great way to get to know natural Japanese.
You will be asked to speak a lot about the theme in Japanese.
*台本 (daihon; script): A book with conversation sentences written in Japanese.
◎ I teach standard Japanese pronunciation.
→I am a native of Tokyo.
I regularly listen to NHK news,
so I speak in a standard pronunciation.
◎ Guidance for Writing Compositions
→I am good at writing essays.
I can teach you how to write entry sheets
and answer descriptive questions.
<Self Introduction>
I was born in Japan, and raised in Taipei and Tokyo. Both my parents and myself are Japanese.
My interests include taking a stroll, cooking, and reading books. I also like to study other languages.
I returned to Japan in the middle of junior high school, and after graduating from high school, I went on to Hitotsubashi University in Japan.
At Hitotsubashi University, I experienced language exchanges with students from various countries.
After that, I decided that I wanted to teach Japanese more properly.
I have worked as a company employee for 10 years at a consulting company and a bank.
I passed the Japanese Language Teaching Proficiency Test and became a Japanese language teacher @ Cafetalk.
Even now, I am continuing to study Japanese language education.2008 Graduated from Hitotsubashi University, Faculty of Economics

I’ll be waiting for you in my lesson with flowers!
