Hi, my name is Trent. I enjoy travelling. I've re-visited a few countries in Asia this year, and earlier in the year, I traveled back to Australia. I've been to most countries in Asia a few times or more.
Last December (2022), I also went on a trip to Japan, visiting Sapporo, Tokyo, Mount Fuji, and Shizuoka.
I am originally from Sydney Australia, but I am currently living in Bangkok, Thailand. I have lived in a few different countries. I used to live in Japan for many years.

I have been a teacher in Japan, amongst other industries and I also currently a teacher at a female ive high school in Thailand. I have a communications and media degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, I also studied in the USA on a travel scholarship.
Experience
I have a diverse range of experience in teaching English as a second language. I have taught one-on-one classes, as well as group classes both online and in-person. I have also taught English classes within companies across various industries, such as finance and hospitality.
More recently, I have been teaching in classrooms for high school level students where I prepare a curriculum, lesson plans, and exams. In addition, I have experience teaching Business English and preparing students for their TOEIC exams.
Overall, my experience has equipped me with the ability to tailor my teaching methods to the unique needs of each individual student and create effective lesson plans to help them achieve their goals in learning English.

My teaching style is friendly, kind, and tailored to each student's needs. I use a variety of materials and activities to keep the lessons interesting and effective.

In my free time, I love to travel and explore new cultures. I have been fortunate enough to visit many countries, experiencing everything from local cuisines to jungle adventures and more recently climbing mountains and waterfalls, snorkeling and other adventures. I enjoy watching movies and TV series, as well as listening to a wide variety of music. I also enjoy using the pool, gym and sauna facilities in my building.
