ALOHA everyone! I am SOLEIL, a psychotherapist and counselor.
I started living in Hawaii for half of the year, and in Japan for the rest of the year.
Up until last year, I was living in the three locations, New Caledonia, Japan, and Hawaii, but due to COVID19, I was at a major crossroads in my life and made the decision to leave New Caledonia, where I had lived for 25 years.
I became a nurse in my 20s, worked in a hospital, and then left Japan to live in many places: Tahiti, Mexico, France, Switzerland, Mauritius, Maldives, New Caledonia, and Hawaii.
In New Caledonia, I fulfilled a dream I had since I was a little kid and worked in the sky for 20 years as a flight attendant.
During that time, I went back to college to study psychology, which I had been wanting to study for a long time, and became a certified psychologist.
Counseling is hardly practiced in Japan.
Overseas, people visit a counselor as soon as their mental health is affected, just as they would visit a doctor when they catch a cold. Your mental health can also become ill.
In addition, all of life is a series of small choices and decisions.
Have you been thinking too much, feel lost, or feel extremely anxious?
Feel free to talk about what has been bothering you, ask for advice, and boost your mentall health!
By talking to someone, you may discover new things about yourself and your thoughts, and you may be able to confirm that your ideas were the right ones for you.
However, you can’t talk about your problems with just anyone, right?
That is why counselors exist.
I hope to provide counseling that will help you feel a little better by bringing you the natural power of Hawaii.
I look forward to meeting you.
