Ishisone Tutorenprofil

I have been featured in the New Teacher Rankings!

Thank you very much!
It's only been a little over a month since I started Cafetalk, but thanks to all of you who have taken my lessons so far, I have been able to make it!
Taking this as encouragement, I'll do my best to make my lessons even better!

For students who take my lessons for the first time

Welcome.

Thank you for reading my profile page.

I'm Ishisone (いしそね), a Japanese language tutor.

It has been about 25 years since I passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test (the test to become a Japanese language teacher).

After passing the test, I worked as a newspaper reporter and magazine writer, hoping that to be of use to becoming a Japanese-language teacher.

Now, I have been teaching Japanese language as a professional teacher for 16 years, mainly to students at Japanese language schools, university students, and graduate students.

Recently, I have been teaching mostly students from intermediate to advanced levels.
In particular, I have been teaching JLPT preparation lessons for over 14 years.
Gradly, I have had many students pass the JLPT, from N1 to N3.

I have studied abroad in Spain, so I understand how students feel when studying a foreign language.

That's why in my lessons, I aim to make the lessons...

*~ Fun and Easy to Understand! ~*

For example, in the "grammar" lessons, not only I explain the grammer,
but also ask you to make up sentences, make up conversations, etc....
so you will "try to use them" in practice.
In this way, you will be able to make discoveries in reading and listening comprehension, like "Ahh
   that's what I learned!"

Recently, I also received a favorable lesson feedback from a child who attends an international school and took my lesson for reading comprehension. I am grateful for that.

★Why don't you try "Discovering Japanese" with me?

This is a famous anime figure at the airport in my town.
 "It's a new step", right?*(^^)*

【Lesson】

※I don't speak English, so the lesson will be in Japanese only.

★For those who want to study grammar of JLPT N1 to N3 thoroughly.
...If you have questions such as "I don't know the difference between this grammar and that grammar!" and the like, I will teach you in a thorough manner.
I will also teach you how to use the grammar in business and daily life.

※I recommend that you take the "JLPT Counseling Course (JLPTカウンセリングコース)"
before the full-fledged lesson. You will be counseled on your level, study methods,
        textbooks etc. in advance.

★For those who want to study vocabulary and kanji of JLPT N1 to N3.
...I will thoroughly teach you how to use similar kanji and words.

For those who want to read the news well.
..Let's learn new genres of words and expressions by reading the news.
I am open to various requests such as reading sentences properly, summarizing the news, etc.
Also, as I used to be a writer, I can prepare news according to your level.

★For those who want to write essays in Japanese properly
...Before writing, let's talk a little about the topic.
Then, we'll write what you really wanted to say in proper Japanese.
You can also have a conversation along with your essay writing.

For those who want to study Japanese through songs
...We will have a quiz using songs.
Let's expand your vocabulary and expressions.

There are also other lessons.

I'm looking forward to learning Japanese with you.
