Sadly, for some, the holiday season can be a lonely time, a time filled with great stress.  Realizing this, I decided to create three lessons for those who are maybe not feeling wonderful, for those who are feeling a little sad and lonely, stressed out and tense.  If that is you, please, Let’s Talk!

Overcoming Holiday StressIf you are feeling stressed by holiday parties, visits to or from relatives, or just feeling out of sorts, then this lesson is for you.

Marriage/Relationship CounselingThe holidays can be a particularly difficult time for relationships.  Please don’t keep those feels inside of you, let’s Talk!

Stress Release  through Mind & Body RelaxationIf your mind and body are feeling out of sync, try this relaxing lessons to forget about your troubles for a few minutes and get yourself aligned into a more harmonious state once again.

I sincerely hope you do not need to take any of these lessons and that you have a joyous and Happy Holiday Season!

Greg
