【捨て活・瞑想】今の自分に要らないモノ

こんにちは。Megucoです。

捨て活歴約10年。
だいぶ持ち物は少なくなり、もうあまり捨てるものはないと思っていたのですが、まだ出てきました。
冠婚葬祭用のサンダル、タイツ、ヘアピン、ファンデーションとケース、マニキュアです。
それらの物を眺めて、ある私の考え方のクセが浮かんできました。
「捨て活瞑想」です。
