Tips for relationships
Hello everyone! How are you today? This is teacher Asuka.
Today, I'm going to talk about some tips for relationships.
As well as being a teacher but also a counsellor. I'm interested in how to build and maintain relationships with others, and recently I've started to learn about resilience,the ability to bounce back from difficulties such as disaster or illness. You know Ikee Rikako, one of the Japanese swimmers, who has a great resilience and has recovered from illness.
You are wise enough to know that there are different people in this world, and each of them has their own life. So, there's no point in comparing yourself to others, because everyone's journey is different.
By the way, do you know which people to distance yourself from and how to live your life?
Here's three pieces of advice to support my statement;
Firstly, I'm going to recommend that you distance yourself from the people who as you know, lie to you, disrespect you, use you, put you down, drag you down and make you sad. It's not good for your health or your spirit to associate with such people.
Second, don't follow the things you can't control such as the past, the future,other people's behaviour and beliefs, other people's opinions of you.
Third,be confident, be positive all the time and move on living your own life from now on.
As you live, be careful that you water your fears, your insecurities instead of your dreams inside you because every one of them will grow. You have the power to create the life you want, so don't use your energy worrying or chasing people.
Tomorrow could be the day you have been waiting for. Please be yourself and do your own thing. I would say that the right people who really belong in your life will come to you and stay.
Thank you for being with me as always.
See you next time!
