This yoga class is a combination of relaxing movements and slightly strenuous poses that will leave you feeling refreshed. 30 minutes is a short time, so you can do it quickly and easily during your busy morning or while you're at work.

This class focuses on the body of a woman by combining the flow movement called “Moon salutation" and Yin Yoga, which focuses on the body in a calm and peaceful manner.
