This lesson is all about YOU! I want to help you gain confidence with practical English, by speaking with a native! I especially want you to gain confidence in talking about topics that are important and interesting to you!
Often these are topics essential for jobs, life goals, or just expressing yourself. However, these are not taught by schools and language apps.
Therefore, I really want to focus on conversational topics and passions not covered by the normal curriculum, as well as sharing some fun expressions and phrases used by native English speakers.
The class is completely flexible, so we can do what benefits you the most. You can decide on a topic before class, or we can talk freely about important things, for example; family, friends, hobbies, jobs and life goals. We can delve into more details about the topic, and discuss why the topic is of interest to you, and how it might relate to future directions.
I will write corrections and suggestions for other words in the Skype chat while you speak so as not to interrupt the conversation flow. I can also correct your pronunciation, sentence structure and grammar.
By the end, I hope that some new vocabulary will be gained, your confidence in English shall have grown, and your passion shall be re-invigorated!
