- Interviews with regular speakers
- what is important
- what is newsworthy
- what is necessary for you to know
This is a focused look at news. In general, we will:
- Choose a short news clip, either print or spoken (radio or video)
- Identify the important aspects of the story (who, what, where, why)
- Talk about why the story is important to report
- Analyse who the story is directed to
