This simple but enjoyable daily routine contains everything you need, and is ideal for you to practice in your own home, regardless of your health, exercise history, or sporting background. All you need is empty space :-)

課程介紹

Thank you for taking a look at my home Stretching, Mobility and Breathwork routine, designed for YOU, regardless of your age, gender, fitness and exercise ability. This routine will benefit EVERYONE, and it can be performed once a week, twice a day, or even every day. The choice is yours and you will feel the benefits from it right away.

- This lesson consists of 8 sheets with images and descriptions of how to perform the sequence. 
- They are simple and easy to follow, yet can be performed by anyone for fantastic benefits to your mental and physical health.
- You could take one exercise out to practice alone, or you could use the entire routine as it has been designed. We are all different, and therefore our needs differ too.
- 15 exercises with images and guidance to stretch and mobilise your entire body.
- 2 breathwork and relaxation exercises to put your body in a relaxed state, aid your sleep, and maximise your energy and recovery.
