I have over 20 years’ experience in sales for companies such as Dell, HP and IBM, as well as a number of smaller software startups. I have also had the pleasure of meeting business people on 5 continents and, while there are some obvious differences from one region to another, there are also many elements of business communication that transcend language and culture.
The objective of this class is to help you leverage your own style and personality to communicate clearly and effectively using business English.
