For those who want it, this is a super short, quick 15-minute yoga class (Basic beginner level, all levels available upon request).
Since this lesson is short, please feel free to ask questions in advance.
I will ask you the following questions in advance:
"Which part of the body do you want to focus on?”
I will ask you which part of the body you would like to focus on as a question in advance.
I will build the content according to your answer!
Example answer:
"I have stiff shoulders. My shoulders are tight, so I want to loosen them up.”
“My legs are swollen and I want to get rid of it.”
“I want to stretch and relax my body a little.”
“I want to move as actively as time allows.”

◎What you need to prepare ◎
・Yoga mat (or a large bath towel)
・Comfortable clothes to move in
・Cardigan and socks to keep your body warm
・Water
The basic flow of a lesson is explained below.
First, I will ask you in advance what kind of lesson you would like to do.
I will ask you what kind of lesson you would like to have in advance.
We will then arrange the lesson accordingly.
For example: I want to relax my shoulder area.
First, we will sit quietly for about 1 minute and regulate your breathing.
Then, depending on the level of the student, we will gradually add poses to relax the shoulder area and warm up the part of the body that you want to focus on.
Then, we will lead into the final resting pose.
We get up at the sound of the bell.
We will sit and breathe together, and the lesson will end.
