A refreshing Hatha Yoga flow, great for all levels!
Kursinhalt
Join me for a Hatha Yoga Flow class, suitable for all levels! This will be an energising and creative practice, with a focus on breath, alignment and flow. We will start with some breath work, move onto a warm up and mobilisation of the body then move through a flowing sequence of postures to develop strength and flexibility. We will end the practice with a soothing relaxation, to ease tension from body and mind.
I will offer modifications and alternative poses throughout the practice, depending on your needs. You can also request to work on a particular pose or movement, just let me know prior to the lesson!
