A slow and gentle yoga class, suitable for beginners and also experienced practitioners
Kursinhalt
Move with strength and ease through this Gentle Yoga Flow class. This practice moves through several postures and sequences at a slower and steadier pace, giving you time to feel the body and breath working together. We will be able to explore some of the most common yoga postures in more detail, and also spend time stretching and lengthening different parts of the body. We will end the practice with a soothing relaxation, to ease tension and stress.
I will offer modifications and alternative poses throughout the practice, depending on your needs. You can also request to work on a particular pose or movement, just let me know prior to the lesson!
All you need is a yoga mat or towel; you may wish to have water and a blanket near you, but this is optional.
