EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) draws upon principles of traditional Eastern practices, such as shiatsu and acupressure, using gentle tapping on specific meridian points to release tension and nurture resilience.
In my counseling sessions, I guide you through EFT techniques that help restore inner harmony, reduce stress, and build mental strength. With deep respect for Japanese culture and values, I provide a safe, private and trustworthy space to improve your well-being.
