Drawing on principles similar to traditional practices like shiatsu and acupressure, EFT works to reduce stress, leaving you refreshed and recharged.

In my counseling sessions, we use EFT techniques to target and relieve work-related stress, helping you restore calm and regain control. Respecting Japanese values and culture, I provide a confidential, safe environment where you can relax, recharge, and develop new tools to manage stress.
