In these lessons, learn how to improve your mood through good foods and supplements that you can find anywhere! We will discuss how you can easily change your diet to add more brain-boosting foods to help increase your mood, memory and energy levels.  Simple English, easy to understand vocabulary with pictures and slideshow for visuals.  Good for pre-intermediate to advanced students. Lots of opportunity for discussion.
