If you are inconsiderate you don't think about other people's needs and feelings, you are being a little selfish. "It was inconsiderate of you not to give up your seat for that elderly lady" "Why didn't you give up your seat for that elderly lady? I can't believe how inconsiderate you were!" Notice how in the first example we can use the structure 'inconsiderate + of somebody + to do / not to do'.
considerably
Very much, a great deal or to a large extent. "The fortunes of the company have improved considerably since the arrival of the new director" "The neighbourhood is considerably noisier than it used to be"

Are there any collocations or special phrases which use this lesson's words? Yes. considered opinion "It is my considered opinion that the second candidate should be offered the position" 'considered opinion' is a judgement reached after long and careful thought.
