Maternity Yoga/Pilates
Kursinhalt
Maternity exercises can begin 5 months from conception with permission from your doctor. However, recently it said that even in the early stages of pregnancy (before 5 months) exercise can help mitigate pregnancy related disturbances in the automatic nerves.
In this course, we will be doing everyday exercises that are at about the same level as an easy walk, along with breathing exercises.
If you suffer from stiff shoulders and lower back pain, please consult with me.
Please note that I must decline requests from those in danger of hemhorrages or miscarriage.
