Marika is NYC based musical theatre actor/ dancer/ singer and yoga teacher/ (forever)student, originally from Japan!
She’s RYT(Yoga Alliance) certified in teaching power vinyasa yoga and 26&2(Traditional Hot) yoga!
Living and hustling in energy consuming city and showbiz is a lot sometime!! Through yoga, Marika is practicing to acknowledge and honor where she’s at and to simply breath… also to appreciate my precious self.

Her classes are open to all levels and will give you many modification/ intensifying options, so that each one you could work your best with what you’ve got.
