課程介紹
We all have things to work on: Unhelpful patterns in our relationships or with business from the past or present. We may have old ways of thinking, feeling and behaving that can keep us from becoming the best self we want to be as a friend, a partner, parent and person.
I offer 3- 60-minute lessons in my lesson pack. I would also like if you could journal your thoughts and feelings before our next lesson. Journaling helps with problem solving by helping you learn more about yourself and help you prepare for future problems in life. Reflecting in this way can enable us to gauge the emotional impact we have on ourselves and those around us, and help us recover from life’s stumbles like a breakup, job loss, or emotional upsets.
We can discuss your journal if you would like or you can keep it private. These lessons will also help you with your English writing skills. I am a caring and compassionate listener and non-judgmental. I would love to meet you!
