If you are a beginner I can use a little bit of Japanese :P (chotto nihongo hanasemasu), we can use mimic or drawings. To try to communicate and get confidence is what we want to practice here! :)
If you have a topic in mind for this lesson please tell me before the lesson. Or I can give you some topic suggestions at the beginning of our session.
