These five simple poses (rites) that resemble yoga, are not only connected to your spirit, but also your internal organs. They put your “chakras” in order, which influences your youth in terms of health, and is also effective in training your inner muscles.
Once you learn the 5 poses, you can continue doing them on your own forever!
However, it may be hard to pick up the technique if you try to learn them in a one-sidedly from a video, so I recommend trying this lesson once.
I also do these every day, along with yoga, and am living a very healthy life!^^
