Marina O 講師的自我介紹
Hello! My name is Marina. I was born and raised in the USA, and currently living in Taiwan. I have a 120-hour TEFL certification, and I part-time substitute at local cram schools as well as tutor individually.
Are you shy to speak English? Feel uncomfortable learning in a classroom setting? Or do you need someone to converse with?
Why not talk with me? I know those exact feelings. I am learning traditional chinese, and it is difficult! I understand the struggles and dificulties of learning a new language. I will design classes based off your direct needs.
Leson style:
1. All lessons will follow according to your pace and needs. Each student has different learning styles, and lessons will be constructed specifically towards you.
2. If there is any confusion, ask a question. I am happy to explain something as many times as needed.
3. Lessons will be casual and comfortable- Like talking to a friend!
4. Lots of feedback: for you and me! If there is something in the lesson you do or don't like, don't hesitate to tell me. I am here to find the best way of teaching for you.
Tips:
-Recommended for intermediate to advanced students, but begginers welcome!
-"Extra Help":
ALready taking English, but need some extra help? Lessons can be created based off you in-class material
-"Proof Reading":
Need help with a written assignment? Lesson will cover your written material's errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Explanation will be given.
-"Free Conversation":
We will chat about any topic in English. At the end of the lesson, I will give you feedback on your English usage. Topics can be casual or role-play for real-life scenarios such as ordering at a cafe.
